1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phmacaw ("phmacaw," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phmacaw online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phmacaw.org (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any phmacaw service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phmacaw's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phmacaw, in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing guidelines governing online gambling platforms. phmacaw strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering with phmacaw. phmacaw does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on phmacaw. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. phmacaw may require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Verification. phmacaw reserves the right to suspend or close any account that fails to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful verification.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmacaw account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phmacaw immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

phmacaw will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified phmacaw of a security breach in a timely manner.

phmacaw employs 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication via OTP to protect your account. However, you acknowledge that no security system is completely infallible and agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods. phmacaw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the phmacaw cashier page and are subject to change. phmacaw reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal Processing. phmacaw aims to process GCash withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks prior to processing.

Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phmacaw is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Prohibited Transactions. You may not use phmacaw's payment systems for any purpose other than legitimate gaming transactions. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phmacaw offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• phmacaw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• phmacaw reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phmacaw are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

phmacaw's games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction or error, phmacaw reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes.

phmacaw does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game. All gaming involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of your deposited funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using phmacaw:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phmacaw's software or systems.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information to phmacaw at any time.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phmacaw staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phmacaw Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of phmacaw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phmacaw Platform without prior written consent from phmacaw.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phmacaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures, unauthorized access, or any other cause beyond phmacaw's reasonable control.

phmacaw's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

phmacaw is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that phmacaw's services are intended for entertainment purposes only.

phmacaw provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and compliance checks.

You may close your phmacaw account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

phmacaw operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

13. Amendments

phmacaw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of phmacaw following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
